Registration fees

All authors attending the conference in person must register and pay the standard registration fee.

The standard registration fee includes the provision of conference materials, attendance at the opening and closing sessions, participation in the conference’s scientific sessions, and refreshments.

A certificate of attendance will only be issued to those authors who complete and pay for their registration. In the case of papers with multiple authors, the certificate of presentation will be issued to the person presenting the paper.

* Students and first-year graduates are eligible for the reduced fee. In this case, they must provide proof of their status by submitting their student registration or an equivalent document.

Once payment has been made, proof of the transfer must be sent to the following email addresses: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., stating the participant’s full name + the word ‘CONGRESO’ in the subject line. For example: PEDRO ÁLVAREZ GÓMEZ CONGRESO.

If you are eligible for the reduced fee, you must also send your student ID or supporting document, together with the proof of payment, to the same email address. Both documents must be sent before the deadline set for your fee category.
